Return & Refund Policy

At VitaCore BioLabs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Packaging must remain sealed and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged items unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item was faulty on arrival

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and product

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)
